This Privacy Policy explains how Adjusterman LLC (“Adjusterman,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit https://adjustermanllc.com or contact us about a claim. It describes what this website actually does, not a generic template.
Information you give us
The claim forms on this site ask for your name, phone number and email address. The full claim form additionally asks for the type of claim, the kind of damage, your property type, the date of loss, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. Nothing else on the form is required, and we do not ask for your policy number, your Social Security number or any payment information through this website.
If you go on to engage us as your public adjuster, we will need more than this to handle your claim, including your policy and correspondence with your carrier. That information is collected directly from you outside this website, under the engagement you sign.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours is served through a hosting provider that records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through the site, which uses cookies and reports aggregate behavior. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether you have a claim worth pursuing, and communicate with you about it. If you become a client, we use it to handle your claim. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery provider, and this site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Those providers process the information only to deliver the service. A copy of new inquiries is also received by the marketing agency that maintains this website on our behalf, so that the contact form can be monitored and kept working.
Once you are a client, we share what your claim requires: with your insurance carrier and its representatives, and with the engineers, estimators, contractors and other professionals involved in documenting your loss. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become claims are retained only as long as they are useful for following up. Claim files are retained for as long as we are required to keep them as a licensed Florida public adjusting firm, and for as long as the claim or any related dispute remains open.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and your browser
Our analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers also offer a “do not track” signal; blocking cookies will not stop you from using this site or submitting a claim form. Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics entirely.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing documents@adjustermanllc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Where a claim file is subject to a legal or regulatory retention requirement, we may not be able to delete all of it, and we will tell you if that is the case. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
Children
This site is intended for property owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
